Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of commercial products, services, regulations, and requirements.
• 3–5 years commercial/business lending & servicing experience in financial services.
• Proven success in sales and production roles in financial services.
• Personal smartphone required (multi-factor authentication).
• Standard office tools usage.
• Reports To: VP Commercial Lending.
• Physical Requirements: Sitting frequently and Walking occasionally.
• Frequent use of hands, hearing, talking and lifting up to 10 lbs. occasionally

Type: Fulltime, Direct hire role

Salary Range: $85,380 – $106,725 + Commission + Benefits

Role Summary

Responsible for sourcing, developing, and servicing commercial loans and related products. Acts as primary contact for members/prospective members, coordinating across internal teams to ensure strong service throughout the lending process.
