Qualifications

• 1 year or more experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit and core business products/services; industry/market awareness.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1-5 million; manage deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver comprehensive, customized business banking solutions and excellent client experience.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to recommend profitable solutions.
• Conduct regular in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients to build relationships and adjust strategies with your manager.
• Identify and pursue potential new business clients and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Understand client personal financial goals and connect them with partners across lines of business to meet needs.
• Provide leadership by supporting assigned branches and uphold risk management and regulatory compliance.
