Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit and core products; understanding of industry variation across markets.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million for assigned branches; provide business deposit and cash management solutions and manage business credit opportunities up to approximately $500,000.
• Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients by providing comprehensive and customized business banking solutions.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify, recommend, and promote solutions that best serve the client and ensure profitability of the portfolio.
• Regularly conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and existing clients at their places of business; follow a disciplined relationship development process.
• Identify and pursue potential new business clients; cultivate long-term, primary banking relationships.
• Identify personal financial goals of business clients; collaborate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists.
• Provide leadership by supporting assigned branches and adhering to risk management and regulatory requirements.
