Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Benefits Administration (TotalSource or similar)
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business or equivalent experience; SHRM/CEBS/PHR/SPHR desired
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle escalations

Responsibilities

• Administers and governs health and welfare benefit plans and enrollments.
• Coordinate with back-office teams for processing, audits and deliverables.
• Perform data integrity checks and audits; resolve enrollment issues and benefit questions.
• Support Annual Enrollment and client transitions; ensure policies and SOPs are up to date.
