Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Open/maintain accounts and service existing client needs while adhering to policy and compliance.
• Educate clients on Chase digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for convenient banking.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team members to reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and use of cash devices per bank procedures.
