Job summary

Truist in Memphis, TN seeks a client-focused associate to process transactions, educate customers on digital banking, and support outbound outreach to identify needs and opportunities. You will be part of the Retail Banking team, collaborating to deliver a seamless client experience.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and basic PC skills, with training provided on Truist products and policies. Regular weekend/extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
• Ability to multi-task and use PC software for branch automation.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and possible weekend/after-hours shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and identify client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training to expand product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
