Job summary

Ocean Twp., New Jersey-based TD is seeking a client-focused associate to serve as the first point of contact for customers. You will guide traffic, process everyday banking transactions, and help clients reach their financial goals while upholding risk and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include educating clients on products, promoting self-serve channels, and referring to specialists as needed. Requires strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of client-facing experience preferred.
• Teller or cash-handling experience is a plus.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Notary License preferred or related credentials.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients; hospitality ambassador at the location.
• Deliver accurate, everyday banking transactions and serve clients with care.
• Identify client needs and refer to appropriate partners to help goals.
• Educate clients on products and digital options; promote self-serve tools.
• Handle routine inquiries and escalate non-standard issues as needed.
