Qualifications

• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with clarity and conciseness.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients, greeting and guiding them to the right services.
• Process everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve options while identifying opportunities.
• Understand basic banking products to offer suitable solutions.
• Handle a broad range of client transactions within set limits.
• Identify routine client issues and escalate non-standard ones as needed.
