Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow, serving as the first point of contact for inquiries and referrals.
• Delivers accurate, high-touch everyday banking transactions while deepening relationships by identifying client needs.
• Educates clients on products and self-serve options, referring to specialists as needed.
• Ensures policy adherence and risk awareness, while escalating non-standard issues as required.
• Maintains data integrity, balances client needs with compliance and AML requirements.
