Job summary

• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients, delivering high-touch hospitality at the location.
• Execute everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently while deepening relationships.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve options, and refer to partners as needed.
• Identify client needs and provide compliant, risk-aware recommendations.
