Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a client-focused associate in Pennsauken, NJ to serve as the hospitality ambassador of the banking center. You will handle everyday banking transactions, educate clients on products, and proactively identify opportunities to deepen relationships while referring to specialists as needed.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior teller or cash-handling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients; teller or cash-handling preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization skills for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, concise and clear.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Sound judgment and basic decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients and hospitality ambassador of the location.
• Deliver accurate, everyday banking transactions and deepen relationships.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve solutions; refer to partners when appropriate.
• Handle a broad range of client transactions within established limits.
• Identify and escalate non-standard issues per policy.
