Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage clients.
• Proficient PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and shifts.
• Weekend and/or extended hours availability; occasional travel/overnights possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience through courteous conversations and accurate completion of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying opportunities; refer to branch team as needed.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Advance product knowledge and attend training sessions to better serve clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management; stay updated on policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution; handle workload per branch demands.
