Qualifications

• 1+ years experience developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Understanding of consumer credit incl. loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
• Experience with outside calling, tele-consulting, prospecting, and networking.
• Comfortable interacting with small business clients and overcoming objections.

Responsibilities

• Open personal and business accounts (consumer checking, small business, deposits, etc.).
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• Provide financial wellness recommendations during client conversations.
• Support branch operations and assist with client transactions as needed.
