Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent business experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
1+ years experience in developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
Understanding of consumer credit and lending products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Opening personal and small business accounts (consumer checking, small business deposits, etc.).
Develop partnerships with branch teammates and partners to acquire and deepen client relationships.
Ensure compliance with policies and proper documentation of client interactions.
Support branch operations including Teller transactions and morning huddles.
Work Saturdays as directed by management.
