Citadel Federal Credit Union in Pottstown, PA seeks an energetic customer-facing professional to determine account and service needs, drive sales, and build lasting customer relationships. You will handle routine and complex transactions, including openings, deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, while cross-selling credit union services.

The role emphasizes delivering Citadel Class Service—Accuracy, Value, Respect, and Convenience—and maintaining trust with members across channels,

Qualifications

2+ years of sales and face-to-face customer service experience.
3+ years sales and face-to-face customer service experience preferred.
Prior financial industry experience preferred.
NMLS preferred.
Notary preferred.
PC literacy.
Ability to navigate multiple software applications.
Ability to achieve sales goals through outstanding service.

Responsabilités

Demonstrate courtesy and efficiency with customers, exceeding expectations.
Promote or sell Citadel products and services to meet sales goals.
Perform financial transactions including cash handling and counting.
Offer consultative services to help customers achieve financial goals.
Serve customers through in-person, outbound calls, inbound calls, and community events.
Develop relationships with business partners to maximize sales opportunities.
