Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent the brand with hospitality at the branch, delivering attentive service and leveraging modern banking tech to meet client needs. You will build trusted client relationships and help customers achieve their financial goals.

You will educate clients on day-to-day banking, open accounts, and process transactions while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements. A collaborative team approach is essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch, making them feel heard and cared for.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance as well as opening new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions including the usage of technology self-service options such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs can help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions - partnering with other branch team members to help achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
