JPMorgan Chase in Burlington, VT seeks an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming service, open accounts, and guide clients through Chase's digital tools. You will greet clients, listen to their needs, and support daily transactions with accuracy and care.

You will build trusted relationships, collaborate with branch teammates, and help clients reach their financial goals, while upholding bank policies and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Formación

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Comfort with learning and using digital banking tools.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients, manage lobby flow, check-in, and schedule/cancel meetings.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones, following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and understanding client needs while collaborating with branch team.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in line with bank policies.
