Job summary

Truist in Dallas is seeking a customer-focused professional to provide timely client transactions and accurate record-keeping. You will guide clients through digital banking tools and support sales through outbound calls, while coordinating with branch teams to meet client needs.

The role emphasizes IRM awareness, adherence to controls, and ongoing product training. Weekend/extended hours and travel may be required based on branch needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional weekends/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service tools (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and client service.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
