Formación

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to greet clients and manage lobby flow.
• Assist with opening and servicing accounts while following policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on transactions and digital banking options via Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
