Formación

• High school diploma (required)
• Associates/Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (preferred but not required)
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage deadlines effectively

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day accounting support
• Assist with year-end reporting, including the preparation and filing of W-2s and 1099s
• Assist with payroll processing and quarterly reporting
• Prepare and file sales and use tax reports monthly
• Prepare monthly financial statements tailored to client needs
• Communicate proactively with clients
