Kinetic Staffing LLC is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support the financial operations of a private family office in Flowood, Mississippi. The role centers on full-charge bookkeeping, payroll, and timely financial reporting for multiple individuals and entities in a discreet, professional setting.

You will manage accounts payable, bank reconciliations, routine reports, budgeting support, and tax coordination with external accountants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Familiarity with Bill.com or Xero is a plus; proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Discretion and confidence in a confidential environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping for multiple family members and business entities.
• Oversee accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Reconcile bank and credit accounts monthly.
• Prepare routine financial reports and assist with budgeting and cash flow tracking.
• Process payroll for household and office employees.
• Support annual tax filings in coordination with external accountants.
• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.
• Support investment reporting and documentation.
• Administrative tasks such as mail and scheduling as needed.
