Alliant Insurance Services Inc. is seeking a customer service-driven account associate to join our account service team in Bethel Park. The role focuses on servicing existing accounts and supporting Producers with client-related tasks.

Responsibilities include preparing renewal materials, reviewing quotes, gathering information, and maintaining accurate records. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this position.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License and continuing Education requirements for license renewal.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares exposure workbook and applications for client pre renewals.
• Assists Service team in reviewing and comparing quotes for Proposals.
• Requests information related to renewals (applications, exposure workbooks, safety manuals).
• Reviews client accounting history, responds to inquiries, and corrects discrepancies.
• May participate in client meetings to review coverage.
• Gathers information for applications and prepares presentations and proposals.
• Researches information from underwriters and composes correspondence.
• Prepares draft certificate templates for review and approval.
• Analyzes certificate requests to meet client needs.
• Inputs applications and correspondence into the agency management system.
