Alliant Insurance Services in Bethel Park, PA is seeking an account service specialist to provide customer service within an account service team and to support Producers by servicing existing accounts. This role handles renewal prep, information gathering, and coordinating quotes and presentations for clients and underwriters.

It requires strong communication, teamwork, and proficient use of Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four or more years of related work experience.
• Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by Supervisor.
• Valid Insurance License.
• Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares exposure workbook and applications for client pre renewals.
• Assists Service team in reviewing and comparing quotes for Proposals.
• Requests information for renewals (applications, exposure workbooks, safety manuals).
• Reviews client accounting history, responds to accounting inquiries, and corrects account discrepancies.
• May participate in client meetings to review coverage.
• Gathers information for applications.
• Prepares presentations and proposals for clients.
• Researches requests for information from underwriters.
• Composes correspondence to insured and underwriters.
• Prepares draft certificate templates for review and approval.
• Analyzes certificate requests to meet client needs.
• Inputs applications and creates letters and other forms of correspondence.
• Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity.
• Perform all duties as per policies and laws; other duties as assigned.
