Alliant Insurance Services seeks an experienced client service professional to join an account service team. You will support Producers by servicing existing accounts, preparing renewal materials, and coordinating information for proposals.

Responsibilities include drafting certificates, reviewing quotes, and ensuring data integrity within the agency system while adhering to company policies and regulations.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 4+ years of related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License with ongoing CE requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service within an account service team and support Producers.
• Prepare exposure workbooks and applications for client pre-renewals.
• Review and compare quotes for proposals and assist with renewals.
• Gather information for applications and prepare presentations.
• Communicate with insured and underwriters and draft certificates.
• Maintain data accuracy in agency management system and compliance.

4+ years related work experience

Excellent verbal and written沟通 skills
