Job summary

Alliant Private Client is seeking an Insurance Service Associate to support Producers by servicing existing accounts and pursuing new business. You will handle renewals, policy reviews, and client communications to ensure coverage accuracy and client satisfaction.

The role involves preparing submissions, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining client accounting records as part of a collaborative team. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two (2) or more years related work experience.
• Valid insurance license and ongoing Continuing Education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support Producers by servicing existing accounts.
• Solicit new business and create marketing submissions with carriers for quotes.
• Review policies for accuracy and identify deficiencies for coverage improvements.
• Manage renewal process for expiring policies and respond to client inquiries.
• Maintain client accounting history and address past due items; assist with collections.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and schedules of coverage for clients.
• Draft correspondence to insureds and Underwriters and discuss renewal strategies.
• Bind insurance coverage and prepare binders; create certificate templates.
