Job summary

Publicis Groupe in the United States is seeking an Account Executive who partners with cross-functional teams to support internal operations, client discussions, and forecasting. This role emphasizes precision, collaboration, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist the Account Manager and Sr. Account Manager, learn billing estimates, and help communicate with internal and external teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
1–2 years of related work or digital marketing internship experience.
Extremely detail-oriented with superior written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects.
Strong work ethic and dedication to quality work.
Enjoy collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams and speaking up.
Adaptable; adjusts style to different situations and offers innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Help support internal operations/work (briefs, kick-off meetings, budgets, timelines, etc.).
Attend client meetings/discussions where applicable.
Assist the Account Manager/Sr. Account Manager to maintain the forecast.
Assist and begin to learn billing estimates.
Assist the Account Manager/Sr. Account Manager in communicating with the internal/external team.
Lead special assignments for Account Director and other Account Leaders.
Strong attention to detail, proactive time and project deliverable management.
