Overview

As a Senior Account Executive, you are the engine that brings strategic and creative ambitions to life. You manage the day-to-day business with increasing autonomy, ensuring work is delivered flawlessly, efficiently, and with a deep understanding of client objectives. You contribute meaningfully to strategic development, and serve as a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams. This role offers the opportunity to support complex campaigns while serving as a connective force across integrated agency teams (IAT). A successful Senior Account Executive demonstrates strong ownership, proactive leadership, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise—helping drive creative excellence and consistent, high-quality execution across all workstreams.

Responsibilities
  • Own projects from start to finish—managing workflows, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional alignment to ensure smooth delivery and creative excellence.
  • Serve as the connecting thread across Strategy, Production, Media, Legal, Creative, and partner agency teams to support national multimedia, and smaller ad hoc campaigns.
  • Represent the Creative team in client interactions, advocating for high-quality, effective work that meets campaign objectives and resonates with target audiences.
  • Interpret and communicate client requests and feedback clearly to internal teams, ensuring alignment and efficient execution across all stakeholders.
  • Support trafficking spots out to media partners, ensuring assets are accurate, approved, and delivered on time.
  • Manage key administrative responsibilities, including running and updating weekly status meetings and documents, maintaining timelines, resource management and documenting next steps.
  • Partner closely with internal teams and clients to maintain momentum, transparency, and shared accountability.

    • Brand stewardship and account management experience within a creatively driven agency environment
    • Assist in managing high-volume tactical workstreams, supporting consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
    • Ability to lead ad hoc projects, uniting the IAT
    • Strong understanding of timelines, workflows, and budget tracking
  • Soft Skills
    • Confident, proactive leader with a strong sense of ownership
    • Clear, thoughtful communicator able to interpret and translate client feedback into actionable direction
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

    • Ability to lead projects with confidence, knowing when to manage up/inform the right parties when necessary

Compensation

Compensation Range: $60,800- $84,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
