The role supports branch operations, onboarding, and ongoing cash handling with accuracy. It requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach to meet sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest levels of quality service to clients in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Establish rapport with clients, identify needs, explain solutions, handle objections, and secure their business.
• Understand, promote, and advise on the bank’s products, services and digital channels.
• Perform basic teller transactions (deposits, loan payments, cash checks) and balance drawers daily.
• Assist in onboarding clients and supporting account openings and maintenance.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow BSA/AML/OFAC guidelines.
