Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in related field or equivalent work experience is required.
• Experience in business process solutions for local governments/public agencies or 12+ months in Software Support is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with clients on technical/business issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone, web, or email software support for US/Canada clients.
• Diagnose and resolve client issues in a timely and courteous manner.
• Document interactions in client management systems and contribute to knowledge base.
