The role requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Prior teller experience is preferred and proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, or military experience count).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work; strong organization and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow (in-person and phone) and referring to appropriate partners.
• Acts as a hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering a high-touch client experience.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions that build trust from first contact.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and well-being.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach and scheduling for consumer account needs and opportunities.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Advocates for clients with empathy, integrity, and a long-term perspective.
