JPMorgan Chase at our Indianapolis branch is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to deliver outstanding customer service and financial guidance. You will assist clients, explain products, and leverage digital tools to enhance the banking experience.

You will work with a team to understand client needs, provide thoughtful recommendations, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while representing our brand with hospitality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• College degree or military equivalent.
• Experience or ability to adhere to banking policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and by phone to tailor solutions.
• Educate clients on Chase mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
