Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in developing current and new customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients.
• Understanding of consumer credit concepts (e.g., loan-to-value, debt-to-income, credit reports).

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture, being present with every client and teammate.
• Identify financial wellness opportunities during conversations and provide guidance.
• Attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals.
• Open personal and business accounts (checking, small business, deposits, loans, CDs).
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and partners to grow client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures and document client interactions.
• Support branch operations including teller duties as needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Work on Saturdays as directed by management.
