Job summary

You will work with both individuals and small business clients, serve on Saturdays as needed, and uphold compliance and ethical standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in developing customer relationships and sales.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients.
• Comfortable working with small business clients and leveraging contacts.

Responsibilities

• Open personal and business accounts and related deposit products.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and partners to acquire clients.
• Provide customized financial wellness recommendations to clients.
• Ensure compliance with policies and complete proper documentation.
• Support branch operations and assist with teller transactions as needed.
• Work on Saturdays as directed by management.
