Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
• Understanding of consumer credit - including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports.
• Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office) and digital platforms; ability to educate clients on digital tools within KeyBank.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized financial wellness recommendations to clients.
• Open personal and small business accounts and related deposit products.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to attract and deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with policies and proper documentation of client interactions.
• Assist with teller transactions and branch operations as needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs; occasional Saturdays as directed.
