KeyBank is seeking a Personal Banker in the Portland, ME area to engage clients, uncover financial needs and provide tailored guidance to support financial wellness. You will develop relationships, open accounts, and collaborate with partners to expand client portfolios.

The role requires strong communication, sales focus, and a customer-first mindset; on-site branch work, with occasional mornings, Saturdays, and cross-branch coverage as needed.

Qualificações

• 1+ years experience developing current and new customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Understanding of consumer credit including loan-to-value, debt-to-income and credit reports.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting and networking.
• Experience influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence.

Responsabilidades

• Engage clients in conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance and solutions for financial wellness.
• Open personal and business accounts and manage client relationships to deepen banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures and policies.

Formação académica

High School Diploma

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
