Job summary

Lundy Law seeks a highly motivated Legal Intake Specialist to join our Personal Injury Practice. The role focuses on first contact with prospective clients, gathering information, and guiding them through the intake process. Excellent customer service, empathy, and organizational skills are essential.

The position offers in-person training at our Philadelphia office with potential hybrid eligibility after training, and opportunities to expand responsibilities within the Intake Team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills with empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, multitasking ability.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls, inquiries, and prospective client leads.
• Respond promptly, professionally, with a strong focus on client service.
• Conduct initial client screenings to determine case suitability.
• Document client information and follow-up in the case management system.
• Prepare and explain retainer agreements to prospective clients.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure timely communication.
• Collaborate with attorneys and management for a seamless intake process.
• Assist with special projects and admin responsibilities as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve intake procedures and client experience.
• Support management in implementing process improvements and boosting productivity.
