Dealer eProcess is seeking an Experienced Personal Lines Insurance Agency CSR located in Bethel Park, PA. In this role, you will advise clients on coverage options, solve their insurance problems, and ensure a positive customer experience without cold calling.

Qualifications

• 3 years office experience, preferably in an insurance office setting.
• Has or willing to obtain PA Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Ability to explain complex insurance issues simply.
