Providence, RI area-based insurance agency seeks a Personal Lines Insurance CSR to service home, auto, renters and more. Mon-Fri, onsite, with a friendly team and clear paths for advancement.

Learn to shop coverage across multiple carriers, handle policy changes, endorsements, binders, certificates, and ID cards while growing with a trusted independent agency. Base salary $50,000–$55,000 per year plus up to $6,000 annual bonus, quarterly incentives, and annual profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or client-facing experience.
• P&C license preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong communication by phone and in writing; tech-savvy.
• Stable, consistent work history.

Responsibilities

• Service personal lines clients (home, auto, renters, condo, and more): policy changes, endorsements, binders, certificates, and ID cards.
• Help clients through cancellations, non-renewals, and underwriting questions, and learn to shop coverage across multiple carriers.
• Contact clients before cancellations take effect so no one is caught off guard.
• Report claims to insurance carriers and guide clients through the process.
• Handle billing questions and keep client accounts current.
• Answer calls and follow up with clients promptly; learn AMS360 and AgencyZoom.
