Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• General business experience and knowledge of business credit, core business products and services; understanding of industry/market needs.
• Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally; ability to build relationships.
• Balance client needs with firm risks and know when to escalate or handle independently.
• Determine and balance priorities daily to achieve business objectives and own problems for clients.
• Highly proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70 – 90 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide deposits, cash management solutions, and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience by offering comprehensive business banking solutions tailored to client needs.
• Promote solutions that serve the client and portfolio profitability using knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and existing clients to build relationships and review strategies with manager.
• Identify and pursue new business clients to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, and Branch Teams to meet client financial goals.
• Provide leadership by supporting branches and adhere to risk and regulatory requirements.
