Chase is hiring an Associate Banker to welcome clients, build trusted relationships, and provide tailored banking solutions. You will assist with account openings, educate clients on digital channels, and support branch operations with care and compliance.

We seek individuals who put clients first, communicate clearly, and learn products quickly. Strong interpersonal skills and a HS diploma are required to join our team in a customer‑facing role at a Chase branch.

Qualificações

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing solutions.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while following policy.
