You will build trusted relationships, educate clients on banking solutions, and collaborate with the branch team to ensure a seamless service experience while adhering to all policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior client service experience preferred.
• Ability to explain banking products to clients clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Handle branch operations responsibilities including cash devices while following bank procedures.
