Responsibilities

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with the team to meet financial goals.
• Assist branch operations and cash devices while following bank policies.
