Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients; volunteering, education or military experience counts.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients and hospitality ambassador for the location.
• Deliver accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepen relationships.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve options and refer to partners as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of basic banking services to evaluate client solutions.
• Perform a broad range of client transactions within established limits.
• Escalate non-standard issues and maintain risk awareness.
