• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and serving as the first point of contact for inquiries and referrals to partners.
• Acts as a hospitality ambassador for the financial center with a consistent, relationship-driven client experience.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and support financial well-being.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Proactively identifying needs and referring clients to specialists to achieve long-term goals.
