Job summary

Chase in Baton Rouge is looking for an Associate Banker to welcome clients and deliver friendly service using modern banking solutions. You will help clients achieve their financial goals while representing the Chase brand with hospitality.

You will build trusted relationships, assist with account openings, educate on digital tools, and collaborate with the team to meet branch objectives while following policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to greet clients, deliver attentive and friendly service.
• Willingness to learn Chase digital tools and banking products.
• Comfort with collaborating across team members to meet goals.
• Adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with attentiveness.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital options like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, advising, and coordinating with team members.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling following procedures.
