Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in acquiring and growing clients.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone with the ability to tailor product features to client needs.
• Strong issue-resolution with attention to detail and risk/compliance awareness.
• Must meet licensing requirements (SIE, Series 6, state registrations, Life licenses) within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and understand financial needs.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on solutions and connect clients to experts.
