Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a client-focused banking professional in Chase Consumer & Community Banking. You will engage with clients in-branch and over the phone, deepen relationships, and tailor financial solutions to their needs.

Responsibilities include advising on banking products, using Chase Mobile App/Chase.com, and collaborating with specialists to address complex financial needs while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking with proven success in establishing new clients and deepening relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, to tailor product features and benefits to clients.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Strong focus on regulatory compliance and completing required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive and friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Use clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to team of experts for complex financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
