Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations tasks such as cash handling and vault/ATM duties in line with bank procedures.
