Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, delivering solutions and building trusted relationships. You will help clients achieve financial goals by sharing product knowledge and facilitating banking services using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.

You will support a welcoming branch culture, process transactions, open new accounts, and ensure compliance with policies while collaborating with team members to meet customers' needs.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with the team.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while following policies.
