• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team members to meet client goals.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in line with policies.
